We are faced with a domestic architecture, with a structured facade in a single height, where the compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of its front, where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences, encompasses it within the ecc architecture ethics, which incorporates new construction processes in addition to improvements in habitability, providing the home with ample ventilation and light input. As it is characteristic of the style, it presents a symmetrical façade from the vertical axis that divides it into two equal parts, where the access portal is located, a semicircular arch with a light part, which presents a key with decoration N geometric, framed by two pilasters embedded in the vertical wall, developed on each side of it the rest of the front, consisting of a total of seven openings, the portal n already mentioned and three doors on each side, all framed in concrete, decorated in the lintel area with floral motifs. Walking along the façade, it has a ledge, on which the blind masonry sill is placed on which a concrete decoration with floral motifs is applied, also in the central area over the semicircular arch the front is raised n curved topping the central cover.
