We are faced with a building of humble condition located on San Benito Street, built at least in the 19th century, as a dwelling place for a family of workers dedicated to agricultural work in the area. During the twentieth century has been the subject of various interventions outside the building. |

It is a single-height building, where the most primitive body, which possibly housed the housing units at its origin, has a rectangular plan where the walls are arranged in a single creak, to which another body located is attached to the south, and a later one, leaving the set as it is presented today. The main facade is configured by means of four openings, door-window-door-window, being topped by a blind parapet, the result of an intervention, after which the roof is hidden. The roofing system is simple and rudimentary, made by means of a roof with four curved tile roofs, on a pair and row structure. |
