The building is located in the access to the Hacienda of San Antonio, whose lands belonged to Andr s X arez Gallinato later arriving at the hands of the Marquis of Florida, The building dates from the early twentieth century in it the passable roof and access from inside the building with the appearance of a small cassette in it, a novelty in the buildings of coastal area. The composition of its facade is sober and classic lines. It must have been part of the staff that worked on the farm. |

Exempt and rectangular-plan building with two heights, showing only one on its main facade, this facade with an eccentric cut with sober lines opens four rectangular openings framed with straight moldings, whose distribution is PPVV, a cornice marks by way of imposta the presence of the flat roof, on it a sill of intercala pa os blind with balustrades topped by a mezzanine. The east façade has two openings one on each floor also highlighted and with the cornice running, on the north façade four square openings on the upper floor and three rectangular ones on the lower one open symmetrically resolved. |
