Building located occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and use with a sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. This property is dated specifically in the eighteenth century, suffering small variations in its appearance or public facade. These changes are made with the intention of modernizing the general appearance of the property, by replacing the carpenter with a more elaborate one and hiding the sloping roof of curved tile behind a parapet. Originally with the adjacent property formed a unique built unit, since they share the same sloping roof.

Erected by stone and mud walls until reaching a unique height, the property is characterized by sharing the sloping roof of curved tile and its structure of pair and row with the adjacent building. It is built on a square floor plan, which together with the adjacent one, generates, originally, a single-floor rectangular building with a backyard. Architecturally, this building is characterized by the traditional and simple arrangement of the openings through the door and window scheme. In the attempt to modernize this property, originally of a humble and simple nature, a series of interventions are carried out is its aspect that generally tries to imitate architectural and decorative elements typical of more recent styles, such as the parapet and the replacement of the carpenter to.
