The property is dated in the 18th century, as it appears in historical plans of that time. It has undergone variations and modifications throughout its history, including the construction of new flat roof modules and the creation of a parapet that hides the sloping roof from view. Building located occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and use with an inclined roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing openings on a symmetrical axis marked by the access door and windows to its flanks. |

The whole property is built taking advantage of the natural slope of the land, developing its main facade to the east where the main road was originally located. The whole set is divided into two heights of identical composition, distribution but different construction systems. Individually, the original module is built on a square floor, from which the walls that generate the total volume that is divided into two floors are developed. The walls are made by traditional techniques of the time, unworked stone walls adhered by mud and externally topped by a thin layer of lime mortar. Individually, each module has a very humble carpenter. The carpenter on the main facade is composed of a window and a door. The entire property is covered with two decks, one per module, with three waters made of curved tile on a pair and row structure in the original crust and flat roof in the rest. A parapet is installed on the façade that prevents the formation of the roof from being seen from the public. |
