Property built during the twentieth century. The facade highlights its compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features. It incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements. Rationalism, which lacks superfluous ornamentation with pure lines and a tendency to abstraction of forms and volumes, is incorporated into the new architectural models, starting from the new facade compositions until reaching the spatial conception of the new buildings.

It is a simple two-storey building that adapts to the orography of the land. It stands on a rectangular floor by means of masonry walls, covering the whole with a flat roof. Structurally, in its origins since it has undergone several interior transformations, the two plants are separated and divided by means of a harness made by beams and wooden planking. The upper floor is intended for habitual dependencies of the family, while the lower floor is used as dependencies. The arrangement of the holes is neat.

The main facade that communicates with the street is characterized by a rectangular shape in two heights. Superiorly it is finished off with a parapet that prevents from the public vapice to appreciate its flat roof. The arrangement of the openings is orderly.-San Agustín, 17

The carpenter on the ground floor is characterized by having a window door with two swinging leaves. In the lower part there is a quarter with geometric relief molding. The main part of the set is made up of glass shutters as a guillotine window that allows access to light inside. On the top of each sheet, a square n quarter is located as a shutter with outside cladding.-San Agustín, 17

In the door the same decoration system is repeated as in the remaining doors, forming a compositional set. The door is made of two folding leaves, each of which in turn is made up of two rectangular squares arranged vertically and one square as a glazed shutter with outside cladding.-San Agustín, 17

The window carpenter as a singular and original element is divided into three elements or parts. On the one hand the window is composed of two folding leaves where in the lower part there is a quarter with relief geometric molding and the upper part made of two rectangular glass shutters with a guillotine-like opening system. Inside, the set is finished off with a light cover that repeats the same decoration as the sill. Finally, as a last element, there is a sill made of wooden balusters. The window is retracted with respect to the line of the facade.-San Agustín, 17
