Dating back to the 19th century, the popular architecture models called terrera house developed since the 16th century in the municipality were treated within Los Realejos, with the use of local materials for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof of tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing openings on an axis of symmetry marked by the access door and windows to its flanks.

This simple house of two heights on a rectangular floor plan with a backyard in which new modules have been built that transform its plant to 'L ', carefully distribute its windows and doors by means of a symmetry axis. The property adapts to the orography of the land, which is why an access plant is generated from the public highway and one below the street level. All the decorative interest is concentrated in the distribution of the openings, which vertically arranged break the horizontality of the facade. In addition, the façade has a parapet that prevents the view of a sloping roof from the public roof. It has an inclined roof supported by a wooden structure called pair and row, covered the whole with flat tile. This property is part of an architectural complex with the attached property.

The property has a rectangular facade in which the opening of four symbolic openings is made. The property stands on a unique height in the area directly connected to San Agust street n. The complex is covered with a three-water roof, although the roof is really four-curved tile roof, which is shared with the adjoining property. All this presupposes that it was originally a building unit, residence of sharecroppers. The cover is hidden behind a parapet.-San Agustín, 14

The main door has two folding doors, of elementary construction, based on three rectangular frames arranged vertically. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. The door is framed with a flat molding in wood.-San Agustín, 14

The windows are made of two swinging leaves divided into two parts, the lower part with quarters with geometric relief molding. The upper part of the set is made up of glass shutters that mimic guillotine windows. It is framed with a flat molding in wood.-San Agustín, 14

Another of the existing window models at one end of the facade is of elementary construction, based on two frames, one square at the top as a shutter and a fixed rectangular arranged vertically. It is framed with a flat molding in wood.-San Agustín, 14
