This architectural unit, composed of two functionally independent dwellings, possibly due to segregation, is located on Ruiz Andi n Street, has a simple architecture linked to eclecticism in the early twentieth century. It is a Canarian terrera house, which has known the aesthetic transformation present in this era, being as it is shown today. |

We are faced with a domestic architecture, which shows a more modern expression of the schematism of the Canarian terrera house. The property has a simple ecological style on its façade, which consists of six openings arranged symmetrically starting from the central vertical axis, all decorated in the lintel area. Marking the limit of the z calo has a listel that runs along the entire length of the front, being finished off by a ledge on which it is placed on the flat roof sill. |
