Popular style property, of humble condition, built in the eighteenth century, which follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the sixteenth century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. Canarian terrestrial house, of humble condition, that presents a single height, where its narrow main facade presents a very simple compositional scheme formed by two openings, door-window, and is topped by a double-row eave of tile extension of the simple and rudimentary roof, made by a wooden structure of pair and row to three waters with the traditional Arab roof tile. |
