The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the building, where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences, encompasses it within the typology of ecological real estate, which incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements, providing the house with ample ventilation and contribution of light.

The property structured in two heights, as is characteristic of the style, has a symmetrical facade from the vertical axis that divides it into two equal parts, is composed of eight openings decorated by a triangular front, which are distributed perfectly aligned in a grid, four in the lower part, corresponding to door openings, and on the first floor four windows protected by a slab of forging elements, all presenting an elaborate carpentry. To finish off the facade, on the ledge, there is a balustrade that extends in the width of the openings, interspersed in the blind parapet, behind which the flat roof is located.
