This unique architectural unit, composed of two functionally independent dwellings, is located on Ruiz Andi n Street, has a simple architecture linked to eclecticism of the early twentieth century. It is a Canarian terrera house, which, like some of those present on this side of the road, has known the aesthetic transformation present in this era, remaining as it is shown today.

We are faced with a domestic architecture, which shows a more modern expression of the schematism of the Canarian land house. The property has a simple style of ecology on its façade, which consists of five openings, all framed with a rich sculpture volume, with a decorative key in the lintel area, where the door at the west end breaks the symmetry existing in its composition.
