This unique architectural unit, composed of two functionally independent dwellings, is located on Ruiz Andi n Street, has a simple architecture linked to eclecticism of the early twentieth century. It is a Canarian terrera house, which has known the aesthetic transformation present in this era, being as it is shown today. |

We are faced with a domestic architecture, which shows a more modern expression of the schematism of the Canarian land house. The property has a simple ecological style on its façade, which consists of five openings, all framed with a volumetric sculpture rich in the lintel area, extending through the jambs, where the door at the west end breaks the symmetry existing in its composition. Marking the limit of the z calo has a listel that runs along the entire length of the front, leaving the facade topped by a ledge on which the blind masonry sill is placed interrupted by a balustrade that extends across the width of each bay. |
