The area on which this building is based is on the road to the Guindaste where the cover that restricts access to the coast made of stone with an inscription dated 1847 stands out, being crowned by a wooden cross. At the same time it is located in the area of the historic laundry of the farm. The main building whose construction could be dated throughout the seventeenth-eighteenth century was linked to Castro's leadership, leaving this part from the twentieth century at which time the building underwent a major reform. The building had annexed gardens as well as gardens and laundry rooms. |

Rectangular building of two heights, as a result of additions of smaller modules, has four-water roofs with parapets as well as roof in the center of the complex. The building has undergone transformations offering a more characteristic aspect of the twentieth century with the substitutions that its carpenter has undergone as well as the size and distribution of its openings. |
