Although the original property has been replaced by the existing one, its construction is dated in the first third of the twentieth century within the ecological style. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological real estate. The property is erected on a trapezoidal floor in two heights with an arrangement of the openings, although the original property is in the form of 'L ' with the existence of a side patio. On the ground floor all the access doors to the different units are located, while on the upper floor there are the window doors with a small balustrade that generates a small or non-viewing balcony. The openings are characterized by their slenderness with the use of molding no rich sculpture band made of cement mortar.
