Building located between medians and occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of mamposter a, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing three openings on an axis of symmetry marked by the access door with both windows to its flanks. The property has undergone several transformations throughout history, where presumably in its origins the door-window currently existing between the two windows was the main access door. Currently, a new module has been made attached to the flat roof building to which the area and the main access door are moved.

The property is built on a rectangular floor plan with annexed modules within the plot. The main module is a height made of stone and mud walls. The distribution of the openings in its main façade is neat, being the woodwork of very humble characteristics, with simple decoration. The whole property is covered with a sloping roof with four waters on a pair and row structure finished off with curved tiles.

The door, presumably transformed into a window door with a wrought iron balustrade that converts it into a balcony, is made up of two folding leaves. Each sheet has two rectangular frames, one of wood with geometric relief decoration and another glazed window that allows the entry of interior light. The interior area is covered with a light cover with geometric relief decoration similar to that existing outside. The frame is flat with a small trim decorated in the form of a perimeter channel. The original windows, with their own unique characteristics of the architecture of the time, are composed of two main parts. A fixed part of large size or as a sill with two rectangular frames with geometric relief decoration. The mobile part is composed of two folding leaves, each composed of three quarters. Two rectangular wooden squares with similar decoration to those of the sill and one square glazed. The frame is flat with a small trim decorated in the form of a perimeter channel.
