The property is built on a rectangular floor, following its longest side the line of the public vapice, having a backyard that occupies the rest of the plot. The property, owning different construction episodes, is carried out according to the construction techniques of the moment, four areas can be highlighted according to their age. The main area of two heights with a roof with four curved tile roofs; the secondary area of a height destined to hold and winery with a gable roof with curved tiles; and two areas of various uses of a single height (access to the property and overseas) of flat roof. The property in the main part architecturally has a relevant facade of a private character where an exterior wooden staircase is located that serves as access to the second floor. The main public façade is staggered adapted to the orography of the land and as a product of the various construction processes. The arrangement of the openings is orderly and logical from the constructive point of view, although in broad strokes its first perception is that of an arbitrary, crude and disorderly arrangement. Its woodwork is made of wood with geometric relief decoration. |
