The property is included in the ecological style, a stylistic movement of architectural modernization that emerged in the municipality at the beginning of the 20th century. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of an ecologic property, built between medians. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability. |

The property is built on a polygonal plot, although the original module is rectangular in shape with a facade in the form of 'U '. It consists of two floors made of reinforced concrete masonry walls with the use of cement mortar in the realization of decorative elements. The openings are characterized by being made with an arcane arch and arranged neatly, being upstairs windows with a slab made of wrought iron, as well as the gallery of the flown balconies. Inside, the volume of the property is divided into heights through the use of wooden carpets. The roof is flat, framed perimeter with a parapet. The heights of the building on the facade are framed with an impost and dividing the facade of the parapet is marked with a ledge. |
