Although the property has undergone interventions throughout its history it is dated in the eighteenth century due to construction features that are preserved (morphology, walls, roofs and carpenters of noble floor). At the moment, due to its compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences, it is included in the typology of an ecological property. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability. |

The property is built on a plant in the form of 'L ' with a small rectangular module opposite, the whole being considered as a plant in 'U '. The set is developed through stone and mud walls until reaching two heights in the noblest modules and a height in the auxiliary modules. From the royal street you can access through a patio a patio that serves as a communicating element between units. The property is covered with sloping roofs made with a pair and row structure, bringing together the property covered with four waters and two waters, with flat roof areas. The arrangement of the openings in the main façade, in direct relation to the royal street, is arranged with the location of doors on the ground floor and windows in the upstairs residential rooms. A staircase outside the building that serves as access to the upper floor is located in the private courtyard. |
