Although it has suffered serious alterations throughout its history, the historical relevance of the property is that it maintains in broad strokes the architectural guidelines of a land house, forming part of the traditional image of the V-square that surrounds all the sides the Church of the Holy Cross. Building occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing three openings on an axis of symmetry marked by the access door with both windows to its flanks. |

The property, despite suffering several transformations throughout the last century, is originally described as a building that was built on a rectangular floor by stone and mud walls until it reached a unique height. The layout of its original openings corresponds to that of a main access door and two windows. The set is covered with a sloping roof with four curved tile waters on a pair and row structure. |
