Dated at the end of the 19th century, the property is included in the ecological style. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompasses it within the typology of ecological property, built on a triangular plot at a crossroads. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The property stands on a triangular plot where the architecturally relevant facade is located closely linked to the real street. Its plant is in 'L ' realized by means of modern techniques for the little one as they are the use of the concrete, reaching a height of two plants. Its main facade is characterized by being composed of two distinct units that together form a single unit. Treating each part of the facade individually means an orderly arrangement of its openings, the carpenter being of high quality because of the amount of detail and its decoration. The property is covered with a flat roof that is surrounded in all its perimeter by a parapet, placed as a decoration and marking the end of the facade and the beginning of the parapet a false eave of curved tile since it does not meet the alera's own function (evacuate rainwater beyond the facade line).

The property is characterized by having a rectangular facade in two heights, composed in turn by a unique composition of two different facades. This unique composition is distinguished by having two facades with openings arranged in a single set.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 66

The existing windows upstairs, as a connection of the property with the real road, are formed by three clearly differentiated parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The main part of the set is made up of the swinging leaves, divided into three rectangular frames. And in the upper part there is a glazed upright that allows the access of light to the interior and after which you can see some interior light sheets with the same molding as the exterior ones. The set is finished off with a molding with decoration based on curves and counter curves.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 66

The access door is made of a folding leaf with frames with a unique organic decoration. In the upper part it is located with glazed upright with balusters.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 66

The other existing upstairs window is characterized by having a wrought iron sill with floral motifs. The window is divided into two parts, a fixed wooden sill with rectangular frames and the main area with two folding leaves. Each folding sheet is composed of two frames, a wooden bottom and a glazed top, inside it includes the inclusion of cover sheets.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 66

The only existing window on the main façade on the ground floor is similar in composition to those on the top floor, with three distinct parts. A fixed wooden sill with rectangular frames with geometric relief motifs. A central part where two folding windows of wooden quarters are located, two of them as a shutter. The facade is topped off with a false curved tile eave over a row of teeth. Its function is static and non-functional, since on the eaves there is a mason parapet that delimits the perimeter of the flat roof.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 66
