The property is located on Calle Real, the main street of the Holy Cross. Building located between medians and occupying a small plot, follows the guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of mamposter a, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme.

Although the property has been distorted over time with different modifications, the modules that remain original and their disposition allow us to carry out an architectural reading of the property. The original building is built around a courtyard that communicates the different units. Original modules that are preserved are erected at a height on a rectangular floor by stone and mud walls. The roofs are inclined to four and two waters on a wooden structure covered with curved tiles. The public façade has the disposition of the characteristic openings of this type of architecture, leaving the most relevant architectural facades located behind the wall.

The facade of the property is rectangular stepped, adapting to the orography of the land. It stands up to a height, where the quality and design of its carpenter stands out. In the part that remains original the covers are four and a curved tile water.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 65

The sloping roof of the original module is four curved tile waters on a pair and row wooden structure. To facilitate the evacuation of the water, the eaves are trimmed over the area of the public facade from the street and a channel is made that redirects the waters to certain evacuation points. The existing window towards the street, as a relation not connecting the property with the real road, is formed by three clearly differentiated parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The main part of the set is made up of the swinging leaves, divided into three quarters with geometric relief motifs.
