The property is popularly known as the House of the Doctor, since it was the residential one that he attended to in his time the people of La Cruz Santa. It dates back to the 19th century, although it has undergone several interventions throughout the 20th century. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological real estate. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.
