The property represents the bourgeois success, making a difference compared to the rest of the population. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological property, being able to be dated at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

Erected on a plant in the form of 'L ' the property is characterized by being of a single plant in the public area, adapting to the land and generating two heights in the most private part. The main facade is rectangular with an orderly arrangement of the openings. The rear facades of private character have an external staircase for access to the flat roof. The walls are made in concrete masonry, highlighting the use of these new materials in the realization of a cornice that divides the first floor of the roof, in addition to being used in the realization of decorative rich sculptural strips.

The property has a rectangular facade with an orderly arrangement of the openings, with the opening of the four windows and a door. The openings are of semicircular arches. Superiorly the facade is topped with a cornice and a parapet with rich sculpture decoration.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 61

Existing openings are made by means of a semicircular arch, adapting the carpenter to the opening of the opening. The window is composed of two parts, a main one composed of two casement windows with three glazed frames, including a lighted leaf inside. A semicircular upright is located superiorly.
