This property is an example of agricultural construction that housed a family destined for the exploitation of farms and although it is in an urban environment it denotes a clear rural character. The most reliable, apart from its characteristic use, is that historically the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give space consisting of a single crunch originally. The house is dated in the 18th century.

The property consists of several modules, made throughout history. The original building consists of two floors made on a rectangular floor by means of stone and mud walls. The arrangement of the openings is ordered in the most relevant architectural façade, although it is not appreciated from the public vault. In the most important facade it has an external staircase for access to an access balcony on the upper floor. The main module is topped off with a sloping roof with four curved tile waters on a pair and row structure. Inside the main building is divided into two heights by means of a wooden alfarje.

The property is characterized by its elevation above the level of the v a. Its main facade is behind a green wall that enters the eastern part of the plot. The building is erected through walls of stones and mud, used in the realization of the different modules of which the property is composed. The roofs are inclined of curved tile, depending on the use of the module is two or four waters.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 32

On the perimeter wall of the existing farm in the East area there is a vegetation that prevents direct view of the architecturally relevant facade. In this facade an orderly arrangement of the openings is located with an external staircase for access to a small balcony upstairs.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 32
