Property built at a crossroads, was built during the early twentieth century, treated within the Realejos of one the models of ecological architecture that architecturally renews the predominant mud jar style so far. The facade highlights its compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features. The incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The property is built on a rectangular floor plan in two heights with an arrangement of the openings arranged. On the ground floor all the access doors to the different units are located, either the access door to the house located on the top floor as well as the commercial premises. While on the upper floor are the window doors with a small balustrade that generates a small balcony or viewpoint. The openings are characterized by their slenderness and the use of carpanel arches in the part of the lintel, all this made possible by the use of construction systems in the structural elements based on reinforced concrete. The facade has a variety of rich sculptural elements, balustrades with floral motifs and bands as a sign of social distinction. Superiorly the property is covered with a flat roof, closed in a per meter with a parapet. As a decorative element, two cornices and imposts that delimit the first of the second floor and second floor of the roof area are installed on the facades.

The main facade is characterized by its symmetry, being a building composed of two twin houses. The commercial premises are installed on the ground floor and the residential spaces on the upper floor. The arrangement of the openings is ordered in a large volume building with a rich sculpture.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 143

One of the existing openings on the top floor, of original composition, is the paired twin door-window that gives access to a flown balcony made of cement masonry. The opening is made with a carpanel arch with a small pilaster that divides it into two sectors. The carpenter is made of two folding sheets with four rectangular frames each. A wooden room with geometric relief decoration and three glazed windows. Inside, the cover sheets are installed with the same decoration as the exterior wood panel.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 143

Delimiting the facade superiorly, along its entire width, a cornice made of cement mortar is located. On the ledge and delimiting the perimeter of the flat roof towards the public vap is a parapet with strips of mason balustrade a.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 143

The window doors of the upper floor are composed of two folding leaves covering a vain made in a semicircular arch. Composed of four quarters, one of wood with geometric relief decoration in the lower part behind the balustrade and three upper glazed windows. Inside the crystals are topped with light caps. A small balustrade with exterior floral motifs of mamposter is located in the doors-windows of the upper floor, which generates a small balcony of intimate communication with the public vault.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 143
