Although it has currently lost much of its historical significance due to inappropriate interventions and its state of abandonment, it is a piece that is sufficiently relevant for its architectural features, its unique disposition and its characteristic use. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological real estate, dated at the beginning of the 20th century. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates greater artistic achievements in the facade thanks to the use of reinforced concrete, which generates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability. |

Architecturally, the original property is built on a 'L ' floor adapted to the terrain. Its main facade of direct contact with the real road is of a unique height with a characteristic shape in the form of 'U ' that generates a free space, patio or garden as a prelude to the access to the property. While on the back, on its north facade and due to the uneven terrain, facades are generated in two heights. The property has an orderly disposition of the openings characterized by being made with a hull arch, semicircular arches and in the rear, lintered openings. It consists of two floors made of reinforced concrete masonry walls with the use of cement mortar in the realization of decorative elements. Inside, the volume of the property is divided into heights through the use of wooden carpets. The roof is flat, framed perimeter with a parapet and dividing the facade of the parapet is marked with a cornice. |
