Property built between medians that was built during the 19th century, treated within Los Realejos of one the models of ecological architecture that architecturally renews the predominant mud jar style so far. Renovation promoted by the local bourgeois classes responding to the vision and modern image that was being imposed at that time in the Canary Islands. The facade highlights its compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features. The incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The property has undergone architectural transformations throughout its history. In spite of its transformations, it maintains its plant in 'L ', being constituted in its most original rear part by several modules of characteristic mud jares, composed of an implement room and kitchen around a patio. Whereas the module of ecologic style, substitute of the original one, is in the facade to the street where an urban scale is provided to the building of two height. This ecliptic module is carried out on a rectangular floor plan in two heights that can be seen from the public vault, since in the back part it develops in a unique height around a patio and access to the rear farm. The arrangement of the holes is neat. Superiorly the property is covered with a flat roof, closed in a per meter with a parapet. As a decorative element, two cornices that delimit the first of the second floor and second floor of the roof area are installed on the facades.

The main facade that communicates with the royal street is characterized by a rectangular shape in two heights. It is topped off with a parapet decorated with a cornice. The arrangement of the openings is orderly.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 123

When placing a wall on the façade, a low-thickness parapet is created that delimits the existing flat roof. The beginning of the parapet in the upper area of the facade is marked longitudinally with a cornice with geometric shapes based on curves and countercurves.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 123

The doors on the ground floor are of two leaves with elementary construction, based on three rectangular frames arranged vertically. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. The door is finished externally with a flat wooden frame with protrusion in the upper corners.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 123

There is a garage door on the ground floor, which maintains the height but not the width of the remaining doors. Its decoration is similar to subtraction, maintaining its compositional characteristics of two folding leaves, three frames per sheet and the same decoration in frames and frame.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 123

The oblong-shaped windows existing on the upper floor, as a relationship not connecting the property with the real road, are formed by two clearly differentiated parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with geometric molding in relief as rhombuses. The main part of the set is made up of the swinging leaves, divided into two rectangular glass shutters with a guillotine-like opening system.
