The property for its architectural characteristics and its compositional disposition dates back to the 18th century. Historically, the property is characterized by having dedicated to housing a family unit, while on the other hand it also housed dependencies for handicrafts and for agricultural work. |

Raised in two modules on a rectangular floor, the building is built using stone and mud walls to a height of one and two floors, according to the module. Its public character facade is staggered, the arrangement of its openings being arranged both horizontally and vertically. The screen wall where a portal n access to the property is located prevents the direct visualization of the architecturally relevant facades that are generated around an interior patio. In the most private facade that is generated in the module of two floors around the patio there is a wooden balcony. The internal division of the volume of two floors is carried out by means of a wooden flooring, while externally the assembly is covered with a roof with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure. |
