The property is historically characterized by being projected with a double use (commercial and accommodation). The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features encompasses it within the typology of ecological property, built at a crossroads, which can be dated to the beginning of the 20th century. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability. |

It is a simple building of a height plant that adapts from its conception to the differentiated use of commerce and single-family housing. The plant in polygonal shape adapts to the surface generated by the two-way course. Despite the small size of the main façade, there is a studied volumetric and compositional game, reflected by the orderly placement of the openings. Highlights include the horizontal strips that make up a cement mortar calo and a sill in the roof area franked at the bottom by a cornice. On the facade, marking the beginning of the roof area, there is a ledge made with a curve and countercurve. On it a parapet is made in which strips are made with rich sculptural decorations. The set is covered by a flat cover. |
