Building located occupying a small area within a large plot follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by mamposter and the common use of sloping roof tiles with facades of very simple compositional scheme. This property is specifically dated in the 18th century.

The property is spread over a rectangular floor of one height in the auxiliary units and two in the main module, which due to the topographic unevenness of the land and the property's own organization create a stepped facade in the private or connecting part n with the patio. The facade and the courtyard are hidden behind a wall of modern invoice. The treatment of the facades varies according to the main or the lateral ones, with a greater detail in the execution in the case of the more private character façade. The arrangement of the openings lacks order, although it does have a certain logical location. The property is topped off with roofs with three waters, both in the building of one and two heights, using curved tile and flat tile together. In the area of the public facade, the meeting of the roof with the wall is finished by means of a sill that limits the eaves that protrude from the facade. The property has an exterior staircase in the courtyard that communicates and gives access to the upper floor.

The façade of public character hides the original building behind a screen wall. The facade has two openings, one with direct access to the property and another portal with access to the patio that communicates with the different units.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 105

The portal n of access to the patio that leads and articulates the different units internally is characterized by being composed of two folding sheets of planked wood. Presumably the portal does not preserve the original design, owning an open part with a decoration na base of a series of crosses of San Andr s.-Real de La Cruz Santa, 105

Through the portal it resembled the distribution on two floors on a rectangular floor. The units are developed by stone and mud walls, covered with three-water roofs with a wooden structure of pair and row.
