At the beginning of the 20th century, architecture in the Canary Islands was immersed in different languages with multiple decorative and formal influences with academic, historicist and regionalist compositions. The avant-garde of the beginning of this century resulted in the creation of a new language. Rationalism, which lacks superfluous ornamentation with pure lines and a tendency to abstraction of forms and volumes, is incorporated into the new architectural models, starting from the new facade compositions until reaching the spatial conception of the new buildings.

It is a simple one-storey building with a rectangular height of one height existing in the public area and adapting to the terrain generates more heights in the rear area. Despite the small size of the main façade, there is a studied volumetric and compositional game, reflected by the orderly placement of the openings. The horizontal strips that make up the cement mortar cornice and a sill in the roof area stand out. The set is covered by a flat gabled tile roof.

The property walks a rectangular facade in which the opening of three symbolic openings is made. The property stands on a single height in the area directly connected to the street, adapting its rear facade to the uneven terrain. The set is covered with an inclined flat tile roof.-Puerto Franco, 42

The windows are made of two swinging leaves divided into two parts, the lower part with quarters with geometric relief molding. The upper part of the set is made up of glass shutters that mimic guillotine windows.-Puerto Franco, 42

The access door continues with the simple and little elaborated design of the rest of the carpenter outside the building. Composed of simple pieces of wood, with slightly thick moldings. The door consists of two folding leaves divided in turn into three rectangular frames with geometric embossed moldings, one of them glazed.-Puerto Franco, 42

When placing a parapet on the original facade, a thin thickness sill is generated. To facilitate the evacuation of the waters over this area, a canal is made that redirects the waters to the mouths of the mouth of Caos. The roof is made with two waters of French tile on a pair and row structure.-Puerto Franco, 42
