Property erected in the lowlands of the back of San Agust and the Hacienda del Patronato, adapting to the uneven terrain. At the beginning of the 20th century, architecture in the Canary Islands was immersed in different languages with multiple decorative and formal influences with academic, historicist and regionalist compositions. The avant-garde of the beginning of this century resulted in the creation of a new language. Rationalism, which lacks superfluous ornamentation with pure lines and a tendency to abstraction of forms and volumes, is incorporated into the new architectural models, starting from the new facade compositions until reaching the spatial conception of the new buildings.

This simple house of a height on a floor 'L ', distributing its windows and doors carefully by means of an axis of symmetry in the main facade. In addition, at the top the facade is finished off with a parapet, with molded and crowned edges with a sill with the same decoration as on the ledge. The holes repeat the same symmetrical arrangement with respect to the axis of the facade, framed by a kind of molded frame. It has a flat roof flat roof supported by a concrete structure n. Inside, the hydraulic slab floors stand out.

The property has a rectangular facade in which the opening of four symbolic openings is carried out (an original window has been replaced by a more modern garage). The property stands on a single height in the area directly connected to the street, adapting its rear facade to the uneven terrain.-Puerto Franco, 34

The carpenter on the ground floor is characterized by having a window door with two swinging leaves. In the lower part there is a quarter with geometric relief molding. The main part of the set is made up of glass shutters as a guillotine window that allows access to light inside.-Puerto Franco, 34

The access door continues with the simple and little elaborated design of the rest of the carpenter outside the building. Composed of simple pieces of wood, with slightly thick moldings.
