The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features encompass it within the typology of rationalist real estate, built between medians, being able to be dated at the beginning of the 20th century. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The property presents a plant in the form of 'L ', with distribution of the openings ordered. Of a single plant in 'L ' it has two modules, one in a single plant and the other with two floors. The elevation of the house has a staggered distribution, where the facade is designed according to a certain modern aesthetic of the twentieth century, materialized in a flat wall and without decoration, which is topped off with a parapet that prevents seeing the flat roof. There is a premeditated desire to maintain a regularity in the composition of the facade and its openings, there being no variation in the size and shape of the gaps, inferring a certain sense of symmetry in the composition of the facade. The carpenter is original.

The main facade is characterized by being staggered, with a part developed in a height and another part of two height. The arrangement of the openings is neat, keeping the original carpenter. After the parapet that tops the façade at the top is the flat roof.-Puerto Franco, 20

The access door continues with the simple and little elaborated design of the rest of the carpenter outside the building. Composed of simple pieces of wood, with slightly thick moldings. The door is composed of two folding leaves divided in turn into two rectangular frames with geometric embossed moldings.-Puerto Franco, 20

The windows are made of two swinging leaves divided into two parts, the lower part with quarters with geometric relief molding. The upper part of the set is made up of glass shutters that mimic guillotine windows.-Puerto Franco, 20

The carpenter on the ground floor is characterized by having a window door with two swinging leaves. In the lower part there is a rectangular quarter with geometric embossed molding.
