From a historical perspective, the property has testimonial values of wide significance, as it is a mud jar style property. Its current characterization testifies to the economic boom of its owners as it is considered a building of a rural character, linked to agricultural production activities, despite being in an urban environment. Despite undergoing transformations, reforms or extensions throughout the twentieth century, its origins date back to the eighteenth century.

The property is built on a rectangular floor plan in two heights, with a backyard. The main facade of the building is built in masonry of heterogeneous stones with mud as mortar. The arrangement of the openings is ordered in the main facade but not symmetrical with respect to a central axis. The set is divided into heights internally by a wooden alfarje and the whole set is covered with a roof with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure, highlighting the wooden eave that serves as a support for the tiles. The openings of the upper floor maintain the original distribution, in addition to the elements of the carpenter that have not been altered.
