The house is dated in the eighteenth or early nineteenth centuries, although partially intervened in its facade throughout the twentieth century. Historically, the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give useful spaces. Its architectural composition recalls the essence of this style, not only for the materials used, but for the balanced composition of its openings depending on the uses intended by plant.

The property stands on a rectangular floor reaching two heights. The main facade of the building is built in masonry of heterogeneous stones with mud as mortar. The arrangement of the openings is ordered in the main facade. The set is divided into heights internally by a wooden mat and the whole set is covered with a flat roof. The façade has undergone interventions in its carpenter, the original one on the right side of the façade being preserved, presumably with kidney seats on the inside of the openings. The set closes with a flat roof that closes on its perimeter with a mason parapet a.
