In front of the church of the Concepci n on its north facade, this square is located, limited by Cruz Verde and Guillermo Camacho YP rez Gald s streets, it arose in 1590 when, due to the uneven terrain, it was decided to organize it as a walk so that parishioners could access the church through the north gate. In the first decades of the twentieth century it is proposed by the illustrious City Council of Los Realejos and the residents of Realejo Bajo to pay tribute to deputy Tinerfe or Antonio Dom nguez Alfonso and this space is intervened giving rise to the square that is currently presented And that bears his name.

The square is configured as an angled space limited by Cruz Verde and Guillermo Camacho YP rez Gald s streets, has perimeter walls crowned by flower beds, interrupted by the stairway that gives access at the intersection of both streets. This space is divided by an axis of paved central symmetry, which acts as an extension of Cantillo Abajo Street, communicating it with the stairway that gives access to the Plaza de la Concepcion church on its north facade. On both sides of this area there are flower beds that host different species of vegetation, where the twin dragos stand out, which, like the rest of the vegetation, follow the same pattern of symmetry marked by the central axis.
