This construction that is currently segregated into two housing units, was a typical building of humble origin between medians and occupying a small plot, erected in the eighteenth century following the guidelines of the popular land house that is developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. Currently due to segregation its facade is severely altered. |

This building between medians originated from a rectangular floor plan with a backyard and a single height with an Arab roof covering and a supporting structure with a wooden roof and row, finishing off its skirt with a wing of a thread in the main facade. In its severely altered façade it presents the provision of door-window-door-window, to be able to service the two houses in which it is segregated. |
