This property is an example of agricultural construction that housed a family destined for the exploitation of farms and although it is in an urban environment it denotes a clear rural character. The most reliable, apart from its characteristic use, is that historically the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give space consisting of a single crunch originally. The house is dated in the 18th century.

This is a real estate complex composed of several modules, where the main and original unit is two stories high that adapts the orography of the land existing in the area of public character a rectangular facade that represents or is shown in a height and in the most private area a facade of two, caused by the difference in elevation between the two levels. The walls are made according to the traditional techniques of the moment (stone and mud walls). The plant in 'L ' leaves a small patio on the side which is accessed through an access door through a covered corridor. Despite the small size of the main façade of public character, there is a studied volume and compositional game, reflected by the characteristic absence of openings. The private part is separated from the public part by a tapial wall, leaving the architecturally most relevant facades in the intramural area. The facade of the original building has an orderly arrangement of the openings with the existence of a balcony on the second floor of a very humble character. The property has a wide variety of roofs, the most important and original being that of the main module, being made to four curved tile waters with a pair and row structure.

The property is characterized by being located at a crossroads adapting its facades to the orography of the land. Singularly the facades of public character are sober, without openings of openings, developed in a unique height. The main module is covered with a roof with four curved tile roofs, while the remaining modulations that make it up are made with flat or water covers.-Natero, 9

Lateral facade (West) that communicates to the street of the main module is characterized by the absence of openings generated in two heights. The walls are made of stone and mud, the roof has a curved tile with a channel eave and blanket over a tooth thread.-Natero, 9

The most architecturally relevant facades are located in the intramural zone, in the most private area around a courtyard.-Natero, 9

The agricultural character of the property is reflected in the compositional simplicity of the facade of the main module in the private area. The facade is characterized by having an orderly arrangement of its openings with the presence of a corridor on the second floor. The corridor balcony is built on rectangular wooden dogs, with a simple wooden planked stand. The deck of the balcony is made on a structure of wooden pairs that rest on a sleeper that in turn transmits the loads to the right feet, the whole set is covered with the prolongation of the roof's skirt.-Natero, 9
