The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological property, which can be dated to the early twentieth century. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.



Natero, 46

The property stands on a square floor foreseeably reaching two heights, currently presents a new plant in a covered area. The main façade generates a rectangular frontispiece with an orderly arrangement of the openings, the access doors to the different units being arranged on the ground floor and the windows upstairs. The facade is framed with two horizontal strips of imposts that define the passage from the first floor to the second, and the passage from the second to the roof, the second being a cornice made of concrete with geometric shapes based on curves and countercurves. The whole property is covered with a flat roof surrounded on its perimeter by a parapet.
