The house is structured in two bodies, of two heights, with a layout on the floor of its crushes in 'L ' with backyard. Due to the large gap in both streets, the building develops the two heights above ground at the lowest point, where the main body is located, presenting a symmetrical facade from the vertical axis installed in the center of the country, is composed of six openings arranged three to three, on the ground floor the portal n, which gives access to the entrance hall to the house, located on each side of this window, while the upper floor consists of three windows, presenting the carpenters as an elaborate size applied in the openings. The other body has a guillotine window of the nineteenth century, leaving the entire property covered with a pair and row wooden structure with Arabic tile, topping the facades with an eave formed by triple row of tile.

Inside it retains the essence mud jar in its elements despite having been recently intervened, maintaining the original configuration of the spaces, with the wooden staircase with flat balusters on its railing as a connection element between the two heights, and presenting in the residential units of the upper floor the original seats in the windows and the coffered ceilings of pair and row with carved almizate.
