It is a detached house isolated from a plant, which sits on a small hillside enjoying privileged views to the north. The house is built between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, although in the course of the 20th century it underwent several modifications and the construction of annexed modules. It is a redoubt of a larger complex.
It highlights the simplicity of lines, the humble treatment of the gaps and the constructive simplicity executed with load-bearing walls which highlights its agricultural character.

In the building, the element with the greatest architectural strength and size is the original main module. Although currently it is developed on a plant in 'L ', the original house that is being discussed is erected on a rectangular floor. Its rectangular profile generates a facade on one floor, to which are attached to the left and right path attached buildings. The structure is made of mason walls and sloping roofs with wooden beams as a pair and row, topped with curved tiles. The Property is thus committed to traditional Canarian architecture with its simple and humble character, open to the outside and linked to farmland.

The carpenter in the window lacks decorative elements. Its construction is elementary, composed of two sheets intended to cover or close the entire gap or opening. The walls are made of stones of heterogeneous sizes and shapes joined together by mud.-Los Pinitos, 6
