This house located in Los Molinos street, corresponds to the typology of Canarian terrera house, which has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality. In the specific case of this property, it was built before the 19th century, and has undergone major reforms, which have affected its exterior appearance. |

We are facing a land house, of humble condition, of a single height, located in a va with a very steep slope, where taking advantage of the topography existing in the land, the building reaches two heights in its rear facade. It presents a very simple compositional scheme on its main facade, consisting of three openings, window-door-window, which have been altered in a recent intervention, not only because of the replacement of the carpenter, but also by the modification of its original dimensions. The roofing system is simple, solved in its first creak, by means of a four-water roof with the traditional Arabic roof tile. |
