This building located on Los Molinos street, is a domestic architecture, built throughout the eighteenth century, following the guidelines of the traditional Canarian land house, which was the subject of major interventions during the twentieth century. |

The property, of a single height between medians, presents the typical configuration of the Canarian terrera house, its facade has a trapezoidal shape due to the steep slope of the street, is composed of three openings, window-door-window, and has a Concrete cornice adida in a few more recent, since during the twentieth century, it was the subject of major interventions that change its original appearance, which also added later modules resolved with flat roof. |
