The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the building, where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences, encompasses it within the typology of ecological real estate, which incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements, providing the house with ample ventilation and contribution of light.

It is built between medians, of two heights, where as it is characteristic of the style, its facade, symbolic from the vertical axis that divides it into two equal parts, is composed of twelve openings that are distributed perfectly aligned in a grid , six in the lower part, corresponding to gaps of doors, and in the first floor six windows, located in the two central openings a baluster balcony that supports on three modules .. To finish off the facade, on the ledge, there is a balustrade at the ends of the blind parapet, after which the four-sided roof with French tile is located.
