This building located in Los Afligidos street, presents a traditional Canarian architecture, which was possibly built throughout the 18th century, it is a mud jar building that was probably linked to agricultural work in its origins, located in an environment dominated by orchards and dotted with farmers' homes. |

This building is currently formed by several bodies, the main one located east of the property, and others that sit at different points of the plot, leaving the remaining spaces configured as a large recreation area. The main body, shows the origins of the building, this is marking the limit of the property, and has a rectangular plan, structured in two heights, with four-water roof on wooden structure, with Arabic tile roof , protruding from the vertical an eave formed by triple row of tiles. On the main façade four window openings are cut, arranged two by two in a grid, leaving the rest of the property closed by a stone wall where the front door of the property is closed, finished off with a crenellated front of triangular lines . |
