This building located on Los Afligidos street, was built at the end of the 19th century, following the typical scheme of the traditional Canarian earth house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality. The house shows signs of having recently been intervened as evidenced by its frontis. |

This house follows the guidelines of the popular Canarian terrera house, of a single height, where its main body is defined by a single crust parallel to the va, to which a small module is attached at the rear, remaining of this mode the plant defined in the form of 'L ', the roof system is simple, solved in the main body by a sloping roof with four waters of Arabic tile, on a wooden structure of pair and row, and two waters, on peer structure and ridge beam, in the rear body. The main façade presents a very simple compositional scheme, five openings on a symmetry axis marked by the access door with two windows to its flanks. |
