This modest building nestled in the ascent of Lomo Mquez, was built in the 18th century, being one of those still preserved in the population center of Icod el Alto, showing its popular character through the use of own materials of the place for the execution of its masonry bearing walls, and the use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with very simple compositional facades and few openings.

Building with three facades, of rectangular plan that is embedded in an abrupt topography, thanks to which two floors are generated, having access to each of them by the different facades and dimensions of the alleys to which they give. It presents a single opening by facade. Its cover with four waters is resolved in the traditional way by means of a pair and row wooden structure, a planking and covering of Arabic tiles that, in the encounter with the walls, form an outstanding eave of a thread.
