Small or property originally intended for uses related to agricultural work and production. Dated in the early nineteenth century is carried out according to the traditional techniques of a style of popular architecture prevailing in the municipality.

The original building stands on a rectangular floor reaching two heights (currently with new annexed buildings that have transformed its plant to a 'U '), the building adapting uniquely to the existing slope of the land, being its south facade of a height and its north facade of two. On the ground floor, predictably in its conception, it will be used to store the tools while on the upper floor it will be stored for agricultural products. The property is built using traditional techniques of the moment, stone and mud walls, carpets dividing the space made in wooden beams and planks, interior sloping roof with four waters with a pair and row structure with curved tile covering the whole outside . Externally, the openings open to the north façade, originally characterized by being tidy and predictably with a wooden staircase for access to the upper floor (currently of masonry).

Situación

The original module is characterized by being of two floors adapted to the orography of the land with a main facade of ordered holes, an external staircase. All made with stone and mud walls with a roof with four curved tile roofs.-Lomo La Era, 38

The east façade corresponds to that of the most recent annexed modules where, as with the new additions, the original rectangular plan of the property has been converted into a plant shaped like a% u201CU% u201D around a courtyard.-Lomo La Era, 38

On the main facade there is an exterior staircase that gives access to the upper floor. The termination of the skirt on the vertical of the facade is appreciated by means of a curved tile eave on a teeth line. The walls are made of heterogeneous stones with mud as a mortar.-Lomo La Era, 38

On the ground floor the carpenter (not original) is made of wood with wooden frames with geometric relief motifs. As it is appreciated by the lintel and the jamb that the dimensions are conserved and surely the characteristics of the door are different from the current one.-Lomo La Era, 38

Under the stairs there is a window with two glazed casement panels.-Lomo La Era, 38

On the south facade, the different original modules and the most recent ones are distinguished by the configuration of the roofs. The original cover with four waters is realized with structure of pair and row finished off externally with curved tile.-Lomo La Era, 38
