It is an ecological building dating from the early twentieth century. |

Property erected on a rectangular floor with traditional materials and techniques of the time, using the few means available in the environment. It develops longitudinally in a plant presenting a distribution of the openings arranged according to the internal distribution of the same. The assembly is closed with a flat roof which is accessed (originally) by a straight exterior staircase made on one side. |
