This house erected in the late eighteenth century continues with the constructive tradition of the surrounding buildings of Las Toscas de Romero Street, where the characteristics of the traditional Canarian architecture of mason walls and covered with four waters are maintained with tile. The house adapts to the rugged topography through the use of two levels that give access to the different floors. The different extensions and interventions suffered in the last century have reconfigured their traditional character such as the opening of the entrance door to the current garage and the loss of their carpenters. |

This construction is configured by a main module of two heights and rectangular floor is articulated thanks to the difference in dimensions by a side entrance that gives access to the upper floor, while its main facade with four openings, two per floor, has lost and its traditional character due to the replacement of the carpenters and resizing of the ground floor gaps. The roof covered with four waters with a flat roof covering and a small eave on the main front. |
